I have the same problem. This will be my third faucet. I think they have a problem. I though I was buying quality.

DOES NOT LAST
I have had THREE! Calling Amway for #4. The turn faucet part (valve) will start to squeak with every on-off turn and become hard to turn, soon the cap pops off and will forever be loose while the turn valve gets harder & harder to turn
