Gave this to my husband as a Christmas present and although it was damaged when we opened the box we were send another one in perfect condition immediately! Would definitely recommend this item.

I love this product and am happy that I found it on Amazon. My only complaint is that the picture shows a handle and counterweight, but these items are not included - at least they weren't included in what was shipped to me. This is misleading, in my opinion.
