No carbon footprints in my home.
Brilliant to put up, no carbon footprint, in my home, brass steal or otherwise, Can not stand to see my curtains keep dropping from their fixtures, nor do I like to see my best curtains being dragged along the carpet, they are looking decidedly untidy, & shabby the hems are wearing through, who ever stated poles were the best answer to all your needs wants putting against a wall and shooting, it is obvious that they have never had to deal with them, or they would know curtains on the floor can cause more of a hazard than any cord dangling from the sides. I have cut the cord off, that way I can draw my curtains via linings, that way, I have no carbon footprint and my curtains are looking pretty smart, now. As to delivery, they really should give the customer more time to get to there doors my motto is miricals I can perform, impossibility I can not. Case closed

Works well
I altered the pulley mechanism to have weights as my old track had but otherwise I am happy

Works well when up but extremely difficult to fit
We needed to fit the track to battens attached to the ceiling as there is a pelmet. The instructions were extremely difficult to follow but we found a YouTube explanation which was helpful. It took two of us about 3 hours to put up but, once up, it works well.

Smooth Operation
Not easy to fit : the instructions could have been a lot clearer.But the end result is a system which runs very smoothly with a very strong cord.

Cords got tangled
The cords were tangled and they have prevented the pulley system fully operating. Curtains remain closed at present.

Great track, big brackets, limited adjustment
A quality product, easy to install.The track is excellent. Clearly strong enough to hold heavy curtains, and to extend it you just pull it. Superb.Fitting and adjustment has limitations that are not obvious from the description. The end bracket adjustment uses a screw on the outside, so you do need to leave space either side of the track. Adjustment in and out is also limited - the closest you can get the track to the wall is about 5cm - see images - which allows some light bleed at the top. Disappointing.

Really poor performance on delivery
Supplier uses a useless courier renowned for their inability to deliver goods. Curtain rail is very good but if supplier does not change their courier they will never get 5 stars
