When I purchased this item i was concerned with the fact that the bed liner screws were plastic. I purchased it to replace all the tailgate screws on my 02 Duramax. Don't be!! They snug up perfectly.

My 2010 Silverado has a Penda Skid Resistor bedliner. When I bought the truck, only one tie-down cover was installed, the other 3 I'm guessing went missing at some point because they were not anchored to the bed liner. I purchased these to prevent dirt, rock, and gravel from working its way under my bedliner (which has already happened several times without these). Received and installed them today, they work perfectly. Everything that is pictured comes in the box, which was an added bonus because I was missing a screw to hold down my tailgate liner. The Hardware for the tailgate liner is great, the screws are T20 Torx and come pre-dipped with a good quantity of thread sealant to prevent corrosion and slippage.The bed liner tie-down covers installed very easily, and the attachment straps provide a nice positive connection to the bed so that the covers won't go missing again. I will add to this review if anything changes, but I would say this is an excellent value if you need new covers and solid hardware to mount the tailgate cover. Instructions are also included, although maybe not necessary for everyone...
