I am taking this with other bodybuilding formulas, so can't categorically state if this is doing its job. I have noticed more 'Mojo' at work (to the point that I am annoying my colleagues and impressing my Supervisors - yeah right!). So make of that what you will.

This is a very expensive supplement. I had high hopes after reading the reviews.They did absolutely nothing. I might as well have been taking sugar pills.I have been taking them for a month now. Started by breaking the capsule to take a lower dose because I was worried about some of the side effects that other reviewers said they had. I quickly upped the dose to the maximum. NOTHING! Not one single change for the better, or the worst. Feel conned. Lesson learned.

Not for me

I had to change my review after I had suffered a miscarriage at 7 weeks whilst taking this product. I don’t know if taking this caused it but I strongly advice to be careful if planning a pregnancy or if the possibility is there that you could be pregnant. I will never know for sure, but I know of two other ladies who also suffered miscarriages whilst taking a pregnenlone product.

I take many things sometimes for the wrong reasons however I do know when something makes a difference and this does not and am still suffering from all the exact same symptoms as it supposedly helps with, its a thumbs down from me, it is bunk in short.

Got this for my wife during the recent progesterone shortage and she said it was a decent alternative! I'll definitely keep it on a wishlist in case the shortage happens again. Talk to your physician about this, I am not liable for anything written here I am only describing my wife's experience. Did help with energy, weight, when she stopped she said she had some vaginal pain (52yo in menopause ) . For something OTC it was a good alternative but talk to your doctor first please!

I love this product because it works. My job requires me to be mentally sharp at all times(lawyer). When you take this product you can feel it working in the front of your forehead providing you with mental clarity and focus. One of the things that is great about pregnenolone is that is supposed to act to help neurogenesis in other words it creates new neurons in the brain. Also as you age, your body produces less of this supplement and if you are under stress, it cannot perform one of its functions which is to create DHEA from which all of your sex hormones are made. I supplement with both DHEA and pregenolone and I can tell you that Double Woods is an excellent product and it works!

This product is so helpful for sleep in women of a certain age. I can't live without it.
