Out of the box, this puzzle was a bit underwhelming. But after loosening it, lubing it with silk, and fixing a dislodged magnet, this puzzle has really grown on me. The only problem I have with it is that the plastic feels cheaper in comparison to the volt, but this will most likely fade after more break in.

My son has several expensive cubes, he wanted one that he could take with him places that was decently smooth, yet not so expensive in case he left it somewhere. He likes this cube a lot, it's better than the standard Rubik's Cube you can get in stores.

Took a little adjusting, but it never locks up, it’s very smooth, the colors and texture are really nice. Unlike my old one it never feels like it’s going to break when I turn it too fast it at a weird angle.

Smooth and stable cube. Rotates quickly and no pops or malfunctions. It’s a solid little 2x2 at a great price.
