Setting the codes was a *little* tricky, but it works like a charm.
Simple review: it works perfectly and was easy to install, even on our stone pillars. We set a code for our personal use and another code for when we have people house-sit; we like that because we change the guest code every once in a while just to maintain security. Also shared the code with delivery people, which has made life SO MUCH EASIER now that they don't throw packages over our gate or call us to the front gate when food is being delivered.

Finally got an alternative to the fumble fobs.
It's more rugged than I originally thought. When I got the gate opener I assumed my garage door remote would work but, alas, no. The original key ring fobs are heavy, weird shaped and fall to pieces when changing batteries. This is functional but has a very limited range. Its mounted 12 feet from the opener and wont work if I stand between the keypad and the opener. Its mounted facing south in a Phoenix suburb so we will see if it holds up. The battery replacement can be difficult but that add to the tamper proof. Cost seemed a little high at first but if it lasts then that's not a factor.

Just what I needed
Works great for Rollup garage door opener. I wanted something mounted on the wall, the ones that came with openers were cheap and not meant to mount on wall.

Such a great 👍 product that I got two. The guy that installed my gate motor was so impressed how easy it is to work with he asked me for the link and now he has another tool to offer his people when he is installing gate or garage opener. My sister the same liked it and she asked for the link and placed her order for her house.

does not work with Topens Gate controller
This would not work for my Topens gate opener and had to go direct to Topens to get this although they look Identical.
