Holds seem well made but struggling to find the right bolts to mount them to a board, anyone have any recommendations?

Why don’t you supply the fittings!
I know the description states no fittings but I went to my local hardware store and the M10 screws they have don’t have a wide enough screw head to be of use. Or have you drilled the holes too wide. Bolts are not suitable as you want the head recessed so can’t tighten.If it was just a simple fitting then that would not be an issue but that’s not the case. Very poor service on your part not supplying the fittings. For the price paid for a couple of pieces of machined wood I’m sure you could include.
