I recently decided to go with completely different colors in by betta's tank. I wanted something that would contrast with his very dark coloring, so he wouldn't blend into the background so much. It's a small tank, so I didn't want to overwhelm the space with too much stuff, but I stiill wanted it to make an impact. This white sea lily was small enough for the 1 gallon tank and fills out the scenery nicely. The bright white color is so pretty, and while it may be plastic, it's surprisingly soft -- definitely soft enough for my betta's fins. Even in the small tank, it sits well below the waterline, and my betta's spent some time poking around in it, checking it out, without any issues. The rounded weight at the bottom fits under the gravel nicely and keeps it in place. I may not have been thrilled about the price, but it's definitely worth paying more for when compared to other, cheaper fake plants available.

Another fantastic BiOrb item!!!!! My Betta Salvador loves this thing! He actually dives into it head first and has made it into a little resting spot. My only complaint is that the weight was not attached to the Lilly. I was able to pop it back on, but it falls off every time I pull it from my aquarium. Probably a fluke because I have tons of BiOrb plants and this is the only one it happened to. If you have a Betta, you need this plant!!!! Plus it's really cool looking. :)

This is a beautiful piece of decor and made the best pop of white in my otherwise dark themed tank. It’s plastic but soft enough for sensitive fish, I’ve had it in with my betta for three months now with no issue and my shrimp love hanging out in and under it. The problem is this thing hangs on to gunk like crazy! Debris settles deep into the bristles and the bristles themselves hang onto algae, all of which is impossible to clean without fully removing and scrubbing. If you’re looking to keep a clean white, I might suggest something else — the other colors would probably look very nice though! I’m still happy it’s in my tank, but it is more work than I wish it would be.

i am so pleased with this tank decoration- it’s worth the money, absolutely stunning & holds up well with cleaning! my betta, gojo, loves sleeping under it! the color is beautiful & it’s very soft to the touch and doesn’t damage my betta’s delicate fins. pictured is my 15gal- this decoration is the perfect size for it!

I like the product appearance wise, it is cute and very fluffy so it takes up a lot of room in the BiOrb. It however seemed kind of cheaply made. I could see where the blue material was just hot glued to the base, and in spots it wasn't glued very well. This basically reminded me why I have been deciding to get away from the cheap plastic plants for my takes and get live plants. I will say this for a low maintenance tank with just a few small fish in it, it has provided some new hidey holes for the fish and added some nice color to the tank. When the lifespan of this sea lily is done though I don't think I will be buying more. I gave this 3 stars specifically because I am using the product, it is doing everything I expected from it. Simply I was disappointed with its quality. Due to how poorly it was glued the life span of it will be shortened. While I will not buy another one, I don't think it was a complete waste of money. Also I realize that it was probably just a fluke that I received one that wasn't properly attached to the base.

It’s my fav thing in my tank! I get a lot of compliments on it. Well worth the money. I’m going to be buying another one for my daughters tank! Update: It gets dirty fast, my tank is clean but this turns brown. Have to take it out and clean and bleach it once a week. But it holds up to cleaning well and still looks great!!

IF YOU REALLY CARE ABOUT YOUR FISH DONT BUY THIS!!! They really should advertise very clearly that this is NOT safe for fish with long/flowing fins. It is* beautiful and went well with the aesthetic I was going for but seriously almost killed my black moor within 3 days. I should have read into it better but I only read the first couple reviews. It tore up his fins so badly and when I took it out there was so much food and everything else stuck in it, probably almost everything he has been fed since I put it in there. I don't know what I was thinking... I'm glad I took it out before it started molding or something worse.
