Bought it together with Audio Technica M50S
I bought this together with Audio Technica M50S, since it is a recommended item to be bought together. I have read the reviews on this and many said that it will fit the M50S.When I got both of them, I tried to fit my M50S into the case. It was not an easy task though. The M50S have to be stored in retracted form, with both the earmuffs squeezed together, and I got to squeeze (a little) the headphone into the case. The M50S wire is really long and so I bundled the extra wires with a cable tie and wound it around the earmuffs. I have to adjust the headphone several times before I can close the case properly.I read some of the reviews that the case will fit M50S snugly. Yes, it does fit if you squeeze your M50S a little. But as a careful user myself, I worried about the squeezing the headphone in such a space provided. I am worried that my ear pad and the headphone hinges will spoil easily if I kept in it for long. I think it is pretty fine if you are carrying the headphone around for temporary storage purposes since the case is pretty small and portable.About the quality of the case, I must say that it is well-built. The outer casing is pretty hard, such that it can protect your headphone from moderate physical knocking. The material is also nice and pretty. Inside the case, it has a layer of soft cloth so I am not worry of having my headphone being scratched. The zipper is nice and smooth. The case also comes with a nice lanyard as shown in the item pictures.Overall, I am happy with the case. Just a little worried about fitting my M50S in the long run.

Decent, but does not exceed expectations
I have had the Slappa SL-HP-01 for about a week now. I bought them for 20$ to protect my new ath-m50x's.The first impression I had of this case was the it was not what I expected. It is not a hard shell case with a rigid body, rather it is stiff, but definetly pliable. It will protect headphones in everyday circumstances, but if you sit anything too heavy on it the headphones will be supporting the weight. The case has a zipper that bisects it, and this significantly reduces it's structural integrity. The zipper itself is attached to a fabric that is sewn to the rest of the case. This means that the zipper cannot support any weight, which again defers that weight to the precious contents inside the case. Overall, the make of this case is disappointing. However, there will suffice for light use. If your a student and you just want something to protect your headphones when you throw them in your backpack, this will suffice. Just make sure that backpack isn't at the bottom of a trunk full of things.Overall, this case has a mediocre build quality, but is sufficient for everyday use. It looks simple and is worth as much as it's price tag, but not any more.I would not recommend this to a friend, rather I would suggest trying something else. There are many headphone cases out there and this one fails to stand out.

Fits MDR-V6 or MDR7506 headphones perfectly. Highly recommended if you want the smallest possible case.
I've recently purchased a set of Sony MDR7506 headphones, and wanted to get a case to protect them when not actually in use. There's a full size (8 inch diameter) which gets recommended when you add the phones to your shopping cart. However, these headphones are able to fold up and hence can fit into a smaller case. This Slappa SL-HP-01 case fits the folded up MDR7506 headphones perfectly. It's the smallest case which could possibly fit these headphones along with their 10 foot coiled cord. It's not visible on the picture, but the top surface of the case is slightly concave, which causes the earpieces to be pressed between the top and bottom surfaces of the case. I may take a hot air gun and heat up the lid and change the curvature to be convex instead of concave, to allow more space for the earpieces. In reality, it's not a big deal. The drawback compared to the larger case is that there's no room for anything else in this case. You can fit in the FiiO E06 Fujiyama headphone amplifier, but it's a tight squeeze. There's a trick to draping the headphone cable around the perimeter to get it to fit neatly. The case fit and finish are good, the zipper works smoothly, and the case shell is rigid enough to protect the headphones.Highly recommended for the Sony MDR-V6 or the MDR7506 headphones.

Love this case
Sounds silly but it's true. This case is very well made. Whoever constructed this case thought it out very well. The material it is made out of is very similar(the same) to the material beats headphones cases are made out of although it feels even sturdier. It has a strap and a zipper pull. It is circular and will fit most headphones that fold up this way. True to the description it is 7 inches across so if your headphones are particularly large they might not fit. The zipper is extremely sturdy and it expands so your headphones fit snugly but comfortably. The strap is also well made and is detachable. I do not expect to ever have to replace this case; a very good choice for protecting expensive headphones. The headphones I use this case to hold is theĀ Monoprice 108323 Premium Hi-Fi DJ Style Over-the-Ear Pro Headphone, Black , though it will fit many other headphones. The reason I give them 4 stars instead of 5 stars is the price. The case is rather pricey. It cost almost as much as those headphones, no joke. Granted the headphones are pretty cheap.Overall I recommend this case, just wish the price wasn't what it was.4/5 stars

Does the job
I can fit my Audio-Technica ATH M50 headphones in this case, although its a snug fit. The case seems to pretty well constructed of a thin hard foam, its sturdy with some give, it comes with a wrist lanyard fitted (detachable) if you would want to carry the case by hand. I'm not sure how much shock absorption the case would offer in the event of being dropped given that the case is thin and hard, however it should be perfect for packing away headphones in a suitcase.

Solid headphone case
It is well made and you can feel it.I bought this case to hold my razer kraken pro 7.1 when I need to travel as they would get squished in my laptop backpack which does not have much room for them. It is a tight fit but it works, and they stay protected inside the case.It is a very good case and it can withstand some abuse.

Great case, just enough room for ATH-M50x, no wasted space (see pic).
Great case, fits Audio Technica ATH-M50x snugly but I am comfortable that no harm will result from a small amount of pressure on the head band as this gets stretched about as much when the average person wears them anyway. I wouldn't go stacking anything on top of them but it's not that type of case. I wanted a portable case which took up as little room as possible and the headphones and the curly cable in (which takes up the most space of all the supplied cables) just go in with no room to spare.

Bought this Christmas 2013, along with headphones for two teenage boys. Tired of headphones breaking after 6-9 months - so bought this for one son and his headphones are fine. Other son's headphones now dead! Lesson learnt. Get a proper case.

Tight Fit
When I received the package, upon arrival/unpackaged I was sceptical about size...The Slappa pack I bought with the Sony Sony MDR-V55 DJ Stereo Headphones - Red and found that they do fit but it is a tight fit. Otherwise good job: Slightly flexible and durable.
