Is there a weight limit on this

I am not sure but we go through two to three a season and still continue to buy them because we like them. My wife is around 240 pounds and I think that weight is a factor when they decide to split. We alsolive in Arizona where temperatures are over 100+ dry heat and that wears on them as well. Love them and will continue to buy them as they are affordable.

What was the normal weight of the person that didn't experience it breaking

It can definitely accommodate 200 plus weight. I had one of these break last year from kids playing with it but I think eventually it breaks no matter the weight from wear and tear.

How much does one weigh before blown up? Have to watch weight...

They weigh very little. Maybe a pound or so. We really liked these, but we purchased 3 of them and within 3-4 days all 3 of them had broken. The seat that you sit on comes detached from the sides, then it is useless. We had all sizes of people on them, and they all broke - so it wasn't dependent on the weight of the person.

How big is the package when you receive it? Is it small enough to pack for a trip?

Not too big. Maybe 6" x 8" at the most..... and it's flat, so that would help too.
