Is it new with manufactures warranty?

I bought mine about 2 years ago but yes it was brand new with a warranty. I still use mine and it works great. Never needed the warranty.

what are the dimensions ?

Per the manual: the dimensions are 420mm x 135mm x 215mm (15.55 x 5.31 x 8.46) (W x H X D), weighs 8.5lbs.

My newly purchased hand-held conversion unit is garbage. do you swear this unit is compatible with windows 10?

I used mine successfully with my Dell Windows 10 Desktop computer, about 5 years old. I transferred the audio from six (6) old cassette tapes to digital format using Audacity. I looked at hand held units but opted to spend more on this dual cassette model.

Is it compatible with macos high sierra version 10.13.2?
