Biona Organic Blackstrap Molasses, 350gEU Organic

Delicious and nutrient rich sweetener. As a vegan I use it as a source of iron. It is great to use a sweetener than has some nutritional value. I do have to take the lid off to get it all out though!

I usually purchase meridian blackstrap molasses but this was cheaper which I was really pleased with. In terms of taste this is sweeter that the one I usually buy, and the taste is not as strong. It works very well in tea and with stewed fruit and in cakes too, overall I am pleased with this and would purchase again

Lovely rich and dark deliciousness!Hard to impossible to squeeze out of the bottle though, due to the thickness of it. I take the lid off to use.

I really like blackstrap molasses. I bought another brand before. This time I tried a different one and it tasted similar. However, it is obvious that this one requires some strength to taste the molasses as desired. Many times I wanted to give up and try to The thought of throwing it in the trash can crosses my mind all the time.

This is delicious, strong flavour, slightly gritty texture which is NOT a bad thing its lush.The answer to previus reviewers problems getting it out is simple…. Get a sharp pointed knife, stick it in the outlet and twist to open it up, works a treat, which this stuff truly is, I will be buying it again

High class product and great price

I think the 5-star reviewers here have never had proper molasses but I'm sorry to say this is not the best at all. It seems as if it is overcooked and so has a burnt aftertaste.
