For me, better than powder laxative
Because of medications I take, keeping “regular” has been an ongoing problem for quite some time. I’ve only been using this product for a little over a week, but I’ve noticed a marked improvement in my daily needs.

Best of breed for it's purpose
Product came highly recommended and seems to work well for that intended purpose. Might help fix some IBS issues.

Not enough live colonies to work!
My wife found that BB-536 probiotic strain completely eliminated her IBS-C symptoms. That was, when she tried Quality of Life brand. When that was sold out, she tried this brand. Within a few days, her symptoms returned. She attempted to culture it in yogurt, but it didn't work. Clearly the bacteria is dead. This was a total waste of time, and has caused her significant pain in the past week.

Great Product for the Price
This product is less than half the cost per day with a higher CFU count than another brand. The probiotics have arrived live and do help reduce constipation, although it is not a cure-all.

Excellent product and i recomend it.
This product has been highly recomended by several health and research organizaions as one of the best. I have only used it for a short time, but so far impressed.

for some people could be useful, for others not so much
Do some research about bifidobacterium longum before try it, lastly do the ''try and error'' test, for some people could be useful, for others not so much. These probiotics should include a trial size format. The price is reasonable.

Helps with histamine. Been using it to also lower ammonia in my dysbiotic gut.
