Does it need the drawer front or can it be installed in an 18" wide cabinet?

I have mine installed with a drawer front in a 22 inch space. The installation mounting is variable from 15 inches to 24 inches. You will need a drawer front as the product does not come with one.

If the interior drawer depth is 3.75" will this fit?

Looking at the dimensions it would not fit. Product Dimensions: 20.2 x 15.3 x 4.1 inches. There is a hinge bracket that mounts to the back of the drawer face and this hinge cannot be modified to fit.

how is this installed when I already have a drawer with undermount rollers? do I have to remove the drawer or modify it in any way?thanks

You must remove the drawer. You may have to add blocking on the sides to attach the ironing board.
