The Story of Rap Board book – Picture Book, May 7, 2019

This is my granddaughter’s favorite book. She’s one-year-old, and this is usually the first book she pulls from her library for reading time. The entire series is a great way to teach little ones about a variety of music genres.

I have given these as gifts at four baby showers and everyone loves them.

I absolutely LOVE this book and can't wait to read it with my grandson. The content, the rhythm of the rhymes and the illustrations are A+. I cried when I read it the first time - it's that good. Highly recommend.

"The Story of Rap" is a charming children's book introducing little ones to the world of Rap music. The vibrant illustrations and durable pages make it an engaging choice for young readers. I was disappointed by the omission of influential figures like MC Lyte and Queen Latifah. Despite this, it serves as a cute and colorful introduction to the genre.

The media could not be loaded. This book is both engaging and educational for readers of all ages! My 2 year olds are learning, and my husband, me, and my father-in-law have learned something new from this book! Highly recommend

Bought this for my cousins baby so they can read to them the history of rap and get educated! Love the drawing and rhymes they have telling the story of how rap was started. Will be purchasing for future kids/babies as a gift and hoping the parents read it to them over a dope beat!

Sitting and sharing the story of Hip Hop on it's 50th anniversary Christmas was full of fun. Along with the toys and videos we shared. Made for a great Christmas day. He was DMC in the place to be. Great graphics for a 1 year old. Fun story for a 3 and 6 year old.

I am satisfied with this purchase. It serves the Kindergarten audience that I purchased the book for. The words, illustrations, etc are right on point!! The book is also durable (to protect against the pages being ripped and torn. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this purchase.
