Tested on Lenovo Yoga under Ubuntu 20.04
I am using this on a Lenovo Yoga c930 (so not technically a Thinkpad) and it works great. I am using Ubuntu 20.04 and found I had to update the kernel to 5.8 (from 5.4) to get it to work. It seemed to work fine under Windows 10 as well on the same laptop, although I only used it for about ten minutes.I have DisplayPort monitor, a USB mouse/keyboard, and two USB external hard drives connected to the dock, and it all works and my laptop charges correctly.

Excellent hub that just works
Works well with Lenovo Thinkpad laptop. Never a problem. Always works as expected. I have knocked one star off because it has only one USB-C port.

Horrible connection to my Yoga X31
I'm hybrid working and taking my laptops to the office and back to hom frequently.Whenever I connect the laptop back to the dock, it doesn't recover connection to usb devices on it, and it doesn't connect to the monitor right away.I have to connect disconnect peripherals and monitor a few times to have environment back.Worst thing I've ever used and I won't use this dock if this wasn't my company device.

Not a real docking staion
It cannot power the laptop. Also there are two power inputs and its not clear what's the use. Documentation is poor. Its not more than a USB hub
