Excellent variety
Moist bbq cookbooks I have seen contain mostly need and pork recipes, which don't get me wrong makes great bbq. I love in a house though where one family member can have red meat in limited quantities. This set of books and I mean each one has beef, pork, poultry and fish/seafood. No meal is complete without sides and dessert and these books, each and every one, offers both.

From sugar cake to the best ribbeye recipes I've ever heard of you'll find them in this easy to read and understand series.Aside from the great recipes there's simple to understand ingredients nothing so ritzy you've never heard of it, measurements, directions, bake and cook times along with the serving sizes.
