will work on 99-’03 Sportster 883 / 1200 XL. It will not work with other year sportsters.

I have this installed and leds in the rear flash, the front do not? i thought this worked on both front and rear? what do i need to do?

I had similar but different issues. I wanted to upgrade turn signal & running lights from Incandescent to led with the help from this device. My rear running lights were constantly bright... No blinky blinky. I returned it.
