If the presser is purchased and used in the United States where do you send the presser if warranty work is needed?

Mine is several years old, used constantly, and still works flawlessly. You don’t want good service. You don’t want any service. You just want it to work, right?

Does it heat up on both sides of the opening? Or only on one side?

The front panel that swings out is just a pressed wood or some composite material -- no heating element. The heat comes from the inside, mainframe. Mine is a dozen years old and still works just fine -- pretty simple mechanism with simple electronics, so quite reliable.
