We have purchased these before but from a different distributor that we ended up not receiving them. We use these for our dancers and they make the perfect bun for our ballet students. The only thing I think I would say is that the ends where they snap together are larger than the wand itself, making the ends rather bulky when trying to pull the hair together and cover where they meet. Easy to use. When we started ordering these years ago, directions did come with our original order so we just made copies to hand out to students when they would purchase from us and/or showed the parents how to use them. Will buy more provided they will exchange for to bulky of ones.

I have thick hair and these make perfect buns in my hair. This is my second time buying them, the first time was from the drug store, I got a really big bun maker and a medium sized. I could never use the really big one, because my hair was so think, the bun it created was as big as my head.... I was happy to find that the ones I order from Amazon were the medium and a small, I can use both of these to create really nice buns, I get compliments all the time.

decent tool but my hair may be a smidge to thick for it. When i straighten my hair though it works beautifully just kind of a hassle to use

I hate these. There are velcro-like bands around the hot bun that get stuck in your hair and rip it out when you try to take your hair down. Don't buy these, unless you want to damage and pull out your hair.

Horrible product. Couldn't make a bun at all. Watched videos on youtube on how to use it. Nope.
