As the title suggests, you'll need to speak a completely different language to understand the instructions... as my one-page, 2-sided assembly instructions...were all in CHINESE CHARACTERS..?!?!THIS is ENGLAND, with the fulfilment centre in Doncaster!!!The very least they can do is have the instructions in ENGLISH... as we're not all fluent in Chinese characters!!Good job it was a pretty straight-ish forward to put together... though we could have done with a smaller allen key for the brake handle.It comes with an 'A 'stand' to put one wheel into when not in use... but i would've preferred a kickstand, as you can't be taking the A stand everywhere with it, so kickstand is much easier!!The hand-grips are a bit small to grab, he's 3, and hands are already a bit bigger than the restricted grips....and could do without the bulbous ends on the grips themselves!The tyres are rubber and full of air, with valves in wheels.This may be going back, as we just discovered that granny bought him one too, apparently....will see how they compare, re use, etc.IF I would've known it was a China-originated product, I would not have bought this, given past bad experiences with them!...much better if UK based!

Great build quality, top notch balance bike.
Excellent bike the hard foam tyres work well on all terrain, excellent when the hedges have been cut and the children get thorns in the tyres, just pull them out. My wife is a childminder and this is by far the best balance bike we have had. Good build quailty and a great range of adjustments to suit children of all ages.

12 Inches No Pedal Bikes
Excellent bike, well made, good quality bought bike for my 4 year olds son very pleased with it and the price is excellent, easy to assemble a few minutes tops. very happy children.

Looked locally for a bike like this but couldn't fine one for my sons size. This one is perfect and half the price of the others we were looking at. Total bargain

Fast delivery but frame scratched
Really fast delivery but once I had put it all together and wiped it down as it was covered in dirt I noticed the frame has been scratched in a few areas
