this is Core I5-3470 not a Core I5-3570 as listed
Product is misrepresented/falsely advertised in listing.Processor is a i5-3470 3.2GHz not the "Intel Core i5-3570 3.4GHz" listed.[Is 1 comment about correct CPU ..but person said they bought someplace else.. and is not verified purchase. To date, the only other person who purchased from this vendor/listing who confirmed what CPU they got also said they got the wrong one too, so looks this wasn't just a mistake but they are consistently sending the wrong CPU with this order]At time my purchase listing was $156 which isn't the deal I was hoping for but a fair price for CPU I got, so I will not return. After purchase they briefly moved price to $176 .. had I bought that price I would been returning it.Other than the wrong CPU, is a great computer. Arrived promptly, well packaged.I wasn't expecting to get a free mouse/keyboard with, but did. From some of the stories I'd heard on these, was expecting a beat up case, but other than very minor wear on some of the chrome, mines in like new condition. External and internals clean, just some trivial dust between the vent grate.DVD drives works smooth though I have not tried a CD in it. I'll probably end up just unplugging it sense I don't use. Though I already went into the BIOS and removed it from the boot devices list, which I think speed boot up sense it doesn't check if it should boot from it every time anymore. (but is still active device you can use and can change back if ever need boot from CD) To get into the system BIOS you press F1 on boot-up, and for me before monitor even becomes active. (I just press couple times to make sure I hit it right time)One commenter said this doesn't support extra hard drives.....the same person who said they didn't buy from here so you should ignore their entire comment. But as you can see from images I uploaded the motherboard does support more hard drives. Motherboard has 4 SATA ports. One empty SATA port, plus another that is cabled to a external (eSATA) port which was a nice bonus - but you could also use that for a internal, one being used for the SDD, other for the DVD. So basically you could have 4 internal drives. But think I read the motherboard only supports up to 1tb drives. That limitation shouldn't apply to USB externals however.ThinkCentre m82, Model 27562K1 (proprietary motherboard, Intel Q75 chipset, Bios date 5/17/2013)RAM is 4x2gb - 8GB .. I'll end up replacing with 16gbsupports up to 32gb PC-12800 1600 Mhz non ECC memoryIs 255gb SDD as listed. (formats down to a little less but that's how harddrives/file systems work)PSU - 240W 85plusIs 2 USB 2.0 on the front and 2 on the back, plus 4 USB 3.0 on the back.Has a DP (DisplayPort) and VGA for monitor(s). The integrated graphics would be sufficient for older games, but if you want to play 1080p graphics intensive games you should add a (low profile to fit in case) discrete graphics card. I would doubtful but apparently people are putting GeForce GTX 1050Ti cards in these and it's working fine. So yes, they can be real gaming machines. But if your worried about the longevity of your power supply (not really that expensive to replace though) you might go with a 1030 instead.Last helpful notes: I use Spybot Search & Destroy for malware protection. First thing I do with new machine after windows updates, is install Spybot and create it's whitepages list (the files know are 100% clean), sense that can only be done on clean/fresh install machine, and really speeds up scanning time later. And as you don't get a Windows install CD, I also created a drive backup image. I used DriveImage XML, is free and easiest. But if want proper IMG format file I recommend Clonezilla. Just more work/time doing that way.Oh keyboard mouse. both worked, and nice for setup. For freebies nice. But I'm of the opinion that anyone buying a PC desktop should always consider the keyboard and mouse that comes with a system as backups. I recommend purchasing peripheral devices to your personal preference. Like for example, a mechanical keyboard for faster more enjoyable typing, ergo, or perhaps wireless keyboard with laptop style buttons, is no need to spend much but upgrading your interfaces really enhances the experience a great deal. For example you can get a mechanical keyboard for $25-30 that is nice a typing experience as $125 keyboards. And wireless mice for $10 that give as good experience as $75 mice. This is a simple upgrade that moves everything into a higher class. So all together is good computer deal, none of us like they misrepresented the CPU, but a Quad core 3.2GHz (turbo 3.6) is still good enough for pretty much anything. The onboard graphics is sufficient for most uses and light gaming. Adding in a graphics cards and you even have fine gaming rig. So a excellent option to spending over $1000 on a new PC.Vendor did contact me to make sure I received machine and wasn't any problems, though didn't respond when I said I wouldn't dock a star if they fixed listing. I debated if I would give it 3 or 4 stars. Will go ahead and give it 4 stars, based on the price and that all was exceptional other than wrong CPU. At $156 I would recommend with understanding of what you really get, not what is listed.

JANKY JANKY JANKY
This did not turn on at all because the ac adapter (it came with the machine) is janky garbage. My daughter is the Tech Allfather. If not for her, I might not have known the issue and would have sent back as 'dead on arrival', and not received a full refund because if they tested with a non janky AC adapter, it would have turned on.Also the optical drive (CD/DVD) was JAMMED WITH THE ENERGY STAR STICKERS AND OTHER UNIDENTIFIABLE PAPER which RIPPED OFF THE OPTICAL DRIVE BELT so it was unusable. Most manufacturers put the energy star stickers OUTSIDE the PC case, but what do I know? Given the state of the optical drive, even after foreign body removal and repair, I wouldn't play a Nickelback album in it.

Not as described
As of Dec 2019, the ad clearly states this computer comes with an i5-3570 3.4GHz processor. It is clearly stated! I received one from Refurbana and it has a slower, older i5-3470 3.2Ghz processor. See picture. Amazon took care of me, but it sure would be nice if Refurbana did their job right. How hard can it be?

2012 or Newer and Great Value!
I purchased my machine from Odyssey Computers and though available from several suppliers, my review is only applicable to the machine I received from Odessey. The machine I received was built in early 2012. It definitely is a used machine, yet in my instance, the machine has no scratches and the exterior and interior are shiny and so very clean that the machine appears new. The SSD was properly installed in the machine. For those that are curious, one can not install any additional hard drive, this is because of the motherboard configuration and not a lack-of-space consideration. Any additional hard drive must be done externally via a USB connection and there are ample connections available. The USB 3 connections are of course backward compatible. The DisplayPort with a simple dongle supports an HDMI cable and will allow the use of most modern monitors and televisions for a display. The HDMI also provides sound for your monitor or television. My unit came with a pre-installed LEGAL rebuilders copy of Windows 10 professional 64 bit. The CPU in my unit is an Intel i5-3570. I am adding a wifi ability with a simple external Kootek AC USB adapter. The DisplayPort adapter and WiFi adapter DO NOT come with the machine. A keyboard and a mouse DOES NOT come with the machine. My machine was well packaged and surrounded or encased in expanded foam and that inside a new cardboard shipping box. Mine was shipped via UPS and it arrived about three days after Odessey shipped it. I am very pleased with my purchase.
