Amazing book, very complete, it explains everything in detail and very useful examples to better understand the concepts. It allows to know how to effectively incorporate UX evaluation and UX design in an agile development environment.

Not concise
Too vague to be practical, this book is helpful for people looking for a reference encyclopedia for UX. It is monotonous, process-oriented, and dry. It breaks many UX/color theory rules in its design - light blue "helper" text on white background? All in all, was very unimpressed, it's too thorough (and not in a good way) to be of practical use to anyone. The chapter on note taking goes on for pages about different organization methods which don't pertain to UX except derivatively. Not good value, and I tried to read it with an open mind.

Very informative, useful, practical.
This book is the comprehensive UX book that I ever read, the graphics are stunning, and it features examples from all the latest technology and trends in UX Design. Also, it doesn't just talk about concepts, it has a lot of practical material that can help a UI/UX Designer as they are working on projects.
