Great Renewed Watch, Great Value
This purchase has been a bit of a journey, in part due to shipping, and in part due to a faulty accessory. I'll start with the watch itself as it is in great condition and work my way down. The watch was delivered with a 7% battery, which I was able to charge with some finagling, which I'll cover a little later. The setup process was a bit involved, but not bad, and the watch is now synced nicely with my Galaxy Note 10+.The features do not disappoint! Having come from a cheap smart watch, my expectations weren't too high. The step count is incredibly accurate, the sensors can tell when I'm working out! (The first time I had to jog after my 6 year old when he took off down the street, the watch gave me encouragement to keep working out.)The number of apps available is astounding! I suppose that's to be expected from a big name like Samsung, but boy, do they ever work well! I never thought I would enjoy reading texts or e-mails on such a small screen, but replying is about as tedious as one might expect. The shipping was less than ideal, but that was due to poor weather globally. Can't fault them for that! When the option for a refund came up, I sprang for it, which Amazon facilitated quickly. The watch was supposed to come on Valentine's Day, but didn't come until 2/22. Upon its arrival, I contacted Amazon to repay for it as I don't like to take advantage of people, even if they are large corporations. As for the charger, what was included in the box definitely wasn't the charger meant for this watch, which the watch reminds me of every time I put it on the included charger. Fortunately for me, my phone has power sharing, which works like a charm. Power sharing is NOT an ideal nor permanent solution, so I reached out to Amazon once again. Upon explaining my dilemma, they sprang to action by offering a replacement for me to buy, and they would offer an Amazon credit equal to its value. I know some wouldn't go for this solution as they prefer cold hard cash, but as often as I frequent my Amazon cart, it was an ideal solution for me. The option they suggested is an updated version of the charger, so I'm getting something better for essentially nothing. All in all, the service and communication was great, the product works very well and is comfortable on my wrist. I'd certainly recommend anyone with the patience to deal with a renewed item to give it a try!Sure, there were a few hiccups, but the contact and service were exemplary, which is why I gave it full marks.

It's not a Rolex but....
For the money I spent on this refurbished watch ($70) compared to a brand new one ($350+) I am completely happy with my purchase. The watch had some minor scratches on the bezel which you have to pay attention to in order to actually see and comprehend but the watch itself looked just as new as if it came straight from Samsung itself. I was able to easily connect it to my Galaxy Note 20 and even able to use some after market ear buds that I bought here on Amazon all at the same time. Steps is obviously controlled by arm movement so its not super accurate but it gives you a reading you can at least work off of. The movement reminders and sleep tracking are a cool feature and motivate you to at least get out of your chair and walk around the office. All in all a very good buy and would recommend to all Android users (if compatible with your phone).

Give and Take (please read if you are pairing with Iphone)
I have very mixed feelings about this item. The 5 stars is due to the fact that the company is willing to replace my item and did their best to answer my demanding questions! My first order was bad and I had to return it because the item would not charge. When I put it on the charger it got really hot and would give me the warning that the watch is too hot. When I take it off it would just turn off.My second watch was fine, I was able to pair it to my Iphone 6 and I am able to configure the watch via my phone. HOWEVER, I have a major issue with not being able to install apps onto my watch. I cannot install spotify or any of the watch faces when it is paired with my phone. When I click on install on my Galaxy watch app for iphone it just says installing. it would circle for a long time and then go away without installing the app to my watch. I also went on my watch and tried to install apps via the Galaxy store on the watch but it does not access the store and would error out and tells me to come back later.I did find a workaround which allows me to install some apps and watch faces. I would unpair my watch from the phone so that it is not connected at all. The way I did this is to go to the settings and reset my watch so it is basically new/out of the box settings. I would then set it up as standalone (which doesn't need a phone to connect to) and then connect it to the internet. Then I can download all the faces and apps I need from the Galaxy store. Then I connect it to my phone. Keep in mind this method doesn't give all the apps needed like Spotify but at least I can get some watch faces. The spotify issue can be resolved via transferring music via the music app. I understand 2 gig is not a lot but I think that is enough music for me during my workouts.
