Bit expensive but quality is good
I bought it primarily for the CF card but it also has SD and microSD slots. I purchased the USB C version. Works great for me. Price could be lower.

Good product for Macbook !
I transferred 26GB to my macbook air m1 it took 4 minutes. Seems ok to me.

Reliable and good for quick transfers
Transfer rates are around 120-150 MB/s on the Macbook Air M1. This has Type-C, so it'll be slightly faster than USB 3.0.

It works and it works well
Well, it's a card reader, what do you expect. It's fast, I use it always with a 95Mbps card and I get their full speed, it's not as crazy CF type A's 900MBps but hey it's costs 1/40 as those. For the money it's a banger, it's built well, I have used another one of these for about 4 years now and it still works, of course, the older one didn't have type C, this one does

SD card reader not working.
The SD card reader slot is not working. Only the Micro-sd slot is functional. At first i thought maybe my smartphone is not supported. But later on when i tried in my pc it was the same problem. Wasted my money.

Works with 256GB CF Cards!
If you're having problems with CompactFlash cards larger than 128GB, try this card reader. Solved my problem -- 256GB card now works perfectly. Tested on Windows 10, Windows 11 and Sonoma on Apple Silicon

Fast and good value
Bought this as a more dedicated way to get media off SD cards rather than one of the more generic multi USB dongles. Fast read and transfer speeds, definitely needed when moving larger video files or batches of photos.
