P1125- Fixed the issue.
P1125. This fits, looks and functions like the original part. 2 TORX screws hold it on, remove clip, remove sensor and install the new one- simple work. Eliminated the P1125 (Accelerator Pedal Position :APP: System) code I was getting.

A real B*tch to install
Installed this on my 2004 Chevrolet Tahoe 5.3L after getting the P2135 code. Throttle body had already been replaced 3 f'ing times but not with an AC Delco. First Hitachi, 2nd Standard and 3rd Hitachi due to parts warranty. Decided to try replacing the Accelerator Pedal Sensor. Watched the A1 Parts video as a guide. Had to go to Lowes and buy the TT20 Torx security bit to remove the sensor from the gas pedal. In hidesight, I would have tried to remove it from the gas pedal a bit longer. I got one screw out easily but the other was wedged against the firewall preventing me from getting the Torx Socket on it. So I removed the gas pedal. Removal was quite easy but getting the top spring nut back on the stud was nearly impossible. After several hours of cussing and sweating my a** off I was finally able to get another M6-1.0 nut on the stud. Not the original spring nut as the nut spins and the washer remains stationary. This did not fix the issue. So I replaced the throttle body myself with the AC Delco 19420713 and gasket FEL-PRO 61070, Why the throttle body doesn't come with a gasket is beyond me! Throttle body removal and installation was completed in approximately 1 hour due to some complications with the spring clamps on the coolant lines that connect to the throttle body. Yes, coolant lines. WTF! Anyways, long story short I am back on the road with 300,500 miles and everything is working as it should. Will see if this permanently resolved the Reduced Engine Power mystery.

Good part for a reasonable price.
Great part that works as designed, easy to install just have the right tools, requires a T-20 tamper proof torx socket or bit, also make darn sure you disconnect your vehicle's negative battery terminal before beginning any work, failure to do so will FRY your New sensor, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure, IMHO I believe most of the Bad reviews for this part wasn't failure of part itself, but failure of the installer to disconnect battery power before installing, vehicles today are very complexed and can be beyond the skill set of the average DIYer. 🔧

Great price compared to local parts stores and exact match, no surprises. Fixed P1125 code and "reduced engine power" on 2004 Tahoe when it went into limp mode.

It says it will fit my vehicle but the connector does not match and it’s completely different than what’s on the pedal

This part is incorrect for listing. Non returnable. Recommend betting electrical parts for your vehicle directly from local stores or dealers. Amazon is not the plan for this
