I tried this Lion’s Mane supplement for a month, hoping to get all the brain boosting benefits, but honestly… I wouldn’t buy it again. Here’s why:🔹 What I Was Expecting:✔️ Better focus & mental clarity 🧠✔️ More energy & less brain fog ☁️✔️ Natural nootropic benefits ✨🔹 What I Actually Experienced:❌ Minimal effects – I didn’t notice much improvement in focus or energy.❌ Not 100% fruiting body – This is a huge issue! The best Lion’s Mane supplements use the fruiting body, but this one is mostly mycelium, which lacks the full potency of the mushroom.❌ Not the purest ingredients – It contains unnecessary fillers, making it less effective.🔹 The Problem with Mycelium-Based Supplements:Most of the active compounds in Lion’s Mane come from the fruiting body 🍄, NOT the mycelium (which is basically the root system).
