The product is well-designed and looks modern and innovative. I primarily used it during the winter to ferment idli batter using the “Yogurt” mode. Most of the time, it worked well and the batter fermented nicely. Occasionally, I noticed batter remained unfermented, but overall, it performs reliably. A very handy appliance, especially during cold months for batter. Definitely worth considering for South Indian cooking needs.
