Poor designed. Cheap plastic zipper failed to hold.
This punch bag canvas material is great, but the plastic zipper is a failure. I put sand in the bag, and training for 1 week, the plastic zipper is no longer hooked together, started separate. Sand spilled all over. Not bad for the money
Not bad for the money. I filled mine with pinto peans. I just wish it was a bit bigger and the zipper opening on the back was wider for easier filling. So far it has held up to a few minutes of daily usage for the two weeks or so I have had it. I mounted it on the wall where it was solid but not very noticeable so I would use it.

It's sturdy, just the right size to practice my Wing ...
I needed a simple bag that as fancy or anything, and this E-MART bag fits the bill perfectly. It's sturdy, just the right size to practice my Wing Chun punches and seems it will hold up for quite a long while. After much research I still had a hard time trying to decide what to fill it with, but I eventually went with a small Lentil like bean. Works out great!

well-constructed, used it many times and still holding up well.
High quality and great for wing chin sao boa. I filled mine with popcorn kernels, after duck-taping the inside surfaces for extra strength.

The wall bags look to be sturdy, the space for filling seems small
