Onkyo Integra TX DS838 7.2 Channel 480 Watt A/V Receiver

I do love this receiver - very clean sound and lots of power. Currently it is driving a pair of perfect KEF 105 speakers and I've never enjoyed stereo music so much as this setup. I know it's a surround receiver, I only have it hooked up to this stereo pair of speakers. At first I thought the bass response was low, however it's actually much more accurate than cheaper receivers I've had. Provides excellent sound stage, clear beautiful highs and great, tight and accurate lows with bass/treble set in the middle. That's why I like older receivers - please give me bass/treble buttons and simple controls with all the sound quality of the highest end modern amps at a fraction of the fraction of the price.
