This is exactly what it's like: "Warm apple pie for the first time" it's ...
* Updated Review:I got my replacement chair a little over a week ago. I had provided an updated review originally, but it looks like my review didn't go through. What had happened was, within hours of sitting in the first chair, something started to break on it. Where the backrest bolts to the base, it started to crack and give-way and lean. I'm nowhere near the weight limit, so it wasn't that. I'm presuming it was a fluke. The replacement chair hasn't had that issue at all, and I'm hoping it never will. Still, having had the first one die out within 2 hours of sitting, I'm still on edge about this one. Their next model up, the Torretta, uses steel instead of wood, so it should be even better, but I don't want a seat with cloth. I'll stick with this one for now, and hopefully nothing will ever happen.I have now logged many hours sitting in the chair and moving around like normal, about 5 days' worth, and it seems fine. Just as comfortable as ever.* If I could change one thing:The only thing I'd change on this is how far back I can lean. It won't go back as far as my old chair, but it goes back enough to enjoy the headrest.* Original Review:Just got this chair today to replace a worn-out office chair. I'm real picky about what I'm sitting in for hours. After sitting in it for a few minutes, I was asked to describe what I think about it. This is exactly what it's like: "Warm apple pie for the first time" it's so comfortable and amazing. It's that good. The headrest is also "just right", supporting the neck and back of the head. I'm 6'1 if that helps others gauge the seating.Assembly is easy like most chairs. The arms and wheel framework are clearly stronger than what you'd find at a local store, there's more webbing than what I've seen on similarly-priced chairs. The official website shows that it supports weights up to 180kg, which is 396lbs. The leather is soft and has a new car smell.Arozzi has several seats like this with varying color and design combos. If you're in the market, check them out. I don't know anyone who wouldn't enjoy this seat, I already have friends looking to get one after checking mine out.

Updated post (Jan 2018)
Years later Update (Jan 2018): So I've had to drop two stars. Now that I've had the chair a few years, I'm getting very disappointed in the comfort of the chair. The cushion areas are becoming very stiff (especially on the arm rests). It feels like I'm resting my arms on cardboard. The chair makes clicking sounds when I lean back and the seat feels pretty stiff. I'm honestly wishing I would not have bought the chair now because I know it will be hard now to convince my better half to allow me to splurge on a new gaming chair. The small black caps that cover the bolts also continuously keep popping out. Enough so that I got sick of popping them back in and just gave up and left them out. Maybe I'm being too fussy because I'm being critical of a chair that is a couple of years old but in my defense, I sit at desk chairs all day everyday at work and none of the ones I've sat at during work are this uncomfortable and I know that some of these things are older than my chair. I give two stars because I did like it when I bought it but the comfort simply doesn't last.(Original post): I'm hoping this will change soon because I'm still looking at the chair and I've emailed the company that makes it. I received my chair yesterday and I assembled it last night. As of this time it simply will not raise or lower at all. I'm going to get back to looking at it some more after I submit this but until that problem can be resolved, I will still only give this chair one star.(Original post edit): So the instructions don't mention this but on the pressurized arm that holds the chair up, there is a little red cap. If you buy this chair, make sure to pull off that little red cap before you assemble the chair. I had to take apart my chair and find/remove the little red cap and afterwards my chair worked as it's supposed to. I can't give the chair five stars because I'm a little guy (5'6") and the chair doesn't quite go as low as I'd like it to but so far it's comfy and satisfactory to me. It looks really nice. Also when assembling, the arms are a little tough to get on right if you're putting it together solo. You have to apply pressure to the seat and back of the chair to get them to situate at just the right angle to get the screws in. Once I got past this part, the rest of the assembly was a breeze. If I remember, I'll come back on here and edit my review again on another date to say whether it still feels comfy to me.

No instructions on how to assemble!
A very comfortable chair that is brilliant for gaming. However, This chair came without instructions so putting it together took some time and I can't be sure I put it together as it should be. This could be dangerous for the person using the seat if it suddenly collapses.... plus it could damage the seat which is not cheap!

It's a really pretty chair, if nothing else
It's a really pretty chair, if nothing else.It was a slight pain to assemble but I had help so it wasn't too bad. However, mine recently broke after a year's worth of (reasonably heavy) use. I'm not a big guy, by any means but there seems to have been a tear on the right side of the seat where a screw hole is for the arm rest and now, whenever I lean bag it sags an alarming amount. It was comfortable almost all the time but I'm keen to shifting a lot and sitting in different positions and this chair didn't really allow for that.I'd also like to note that the screws came loose or even fell out, occasionally and I'd keep having to screw some of them back in or re-tighten them.Overall, decent chair and one of the first ones I've ever bought. It didn't last as long as I hoped, for me, but I liked it none the less.

High quality chair
I though about buying a dx racer but went with this one instead, the quality is very good and also the chair is comfy to sit in for long periods ,putting it together was very easy, this is a good gaming chair that has been used for some time know with no negative effect on wear, good price for the quality you get.

Pretty solid chair for the price
Came in 2 days after purchase with all the parts packaged satisfactorily, no screws or anything missing, took under 2 hours to assemble alone. Screwing in the armrests is very difficult to do without having someone hold them in place, would also recommend looking at Arozzi's product page and manual online, much better than the one it ships with.Armrests sink very easily, do not come back up. Other than that, no complaints about the chair, it's very comfortable for the price, though it's bizarre how the red one was double price for whatever eason.

A bit fiddly to put together but well worth the money, time and effort. Super comfy!
