I use these dressings as someone with HS. I feel it’s important to note that these dressings are quite large and thick, and made entirely of the hydrocolloid material (no cotton or soft plaster on the edge), which has its pros and cons. For example, while I initially found the size difficult to work with on certain areas of the body, I now find them really effective as I can trim them to the right size, which makes the pack last much longer too.While I have found them useful for covering and heal any wounds, they adhere so well at times that they can be quite painful to remove from the skin - even after a few days! This can be helped a little by removing them while in the bath or shower, but chances are they will snag - especially if they’re touching any hair - just a heads up. Overall though, I think they’re a worthwhile purchase.

Amazed how these have worked on an elderly lady who had pressure sores from sitting in a wheelchair. The sores were quite bad (showing fat tissue). After 4 days the patches were starting to peel off so we removed them gently and the wounds had healed maybe 50% (see photo: top is before, bottom is after). We cleansed with salt water and applied fresh patches. I think after another 4 days we’ll be able to let them air dry. I wouldn’t remove the patches earlier than 4 days as they do stick on well and you’d risk tearing skin. They made the lady a lot more comfortable whilst wearing them too, the soreness vanished. Would definitely use again.

Compared to other patches this one is by far the best value. It's comfy and helping me with burn wounds that I don't even feel.

Was hoping they’d be as good as reviews but even with warming them up in my hands the adhesive is below average, they’re being used on the top of the foot so unless they are to go barefoot in the winter to stop the dressings coming up when warm in sock ect they’re not that helpful, could have saved some money and not bothered

Husband fell of bike and lost skin on back of thigh, not the best place to lose skin as sitting was difficult! Bought similar dressing from pharmacy but were very thin and didn’t stay on. These are brilliant as they do stay in place, are easy to remove and comfortable. Wish we’d bought these in the first place as would have saved money!

I mildly scalded my arm in an awkward place and kept bumping it against things. A regular bandage was irritating, so I bought these. They provide a protective cushioning and a moist healing environment. I've had mild scalds before and not bothered with a dressing, but this has healed up really well in comparison. No scab has formed at all.Please note that if you do have a bad scald or burn you should go to A&E and not just slap one of these on it.
