Great for blending. Normally I use Faber-Castell brush pens but find them hard to blend even with a blender while these blend without one. They will not last as long as the many months of use I put the other ones through but at a cost of 20 of these for 2 Faber Castell I can afford to use these especially when blending. A bonus is the colours are really nice. All you need unless you use them professionally in which case they are still an inexpensive add on. Definitely a great choice for kids and adults. Also good for colouring in adult colouring books. The tips are firm and strong with a great flex to them.

Pens are brill, very very easy to mix! My friends 6yr old daughter even managed to do it with ease.Absolutely Brilliant!!!!!

Got this set for my daughter, she absolutely loves it, especially the colour mixer and the super flexible brush style nibs. She had a couple of friends round and they have all put them on their Christmas lists! edding never lets you down!!

The 1340 brushpens are wonderful pens to use for colouring in large areas and also fine detail.Very smooth ink flow and you can even mix the ink to create other shades...
