What is he minimum thickness when making lasagne sheet?

The minimum and very thin is number 2 which does not mean 2mm but for lasagne is too thin you may need thicker. You choose what you like. The pasta you can do is very thin but when too thin it is also very fragile. Better to use higher number. Imperia is definitely the best pasta machine for fresh pasta. I am very happy about that. All Italians usually have an Imperia at home.
