Great
Exactly what I was looking for. I like to rest the base of my skull on double lacrosse balls but the problem with most other brands is that their made of rubber and pull on my hair. These are great because they don’t pull on hair.

Great for releasing muscle tension at the back of the neck. My suggestion is to lay on it for at least 10 minutes. Place the ORBI directly under the 2 "bumps" at the base of your head and lay on the floor to release the tension the best. My PT used this when I go in to see her and it feels so wonderful, I bought it!

everyone needs an ORBI
I started using the ORBI while in Physical Therapy for some thoracic spine problems. They recommended I get a tennis balll to use at home, but after the ORBI, the tennis ball just didn't cut it, so I purchased one for home. Liked it so much that I purchased another one as a gift to my MD who sent me to PT in the first place.
