Totally unreliable printer -Avoid - I wish I had never purchased it.First printer had a number of problems, after 6 months customer service replaced it under warrantyThe replacement printer has also suffered a number of problemsIt’s has been sent back and repaired twice - (which takes about 4 weeks each time)Printer has now stopped working againCustomer service are incredibly slow - taken a week to get an email response from the techniciansFor the price of this printer you’d be better off buying 2 ender3 printers

I have one of these at home and on my desk at work and they are brilliant in both environments. It is really easy to use and my family love it and are always thinking of new things to create. There are so many colours available with it, and it comes with a handy app for my phone that means I can check on my prints when I am away from the printer. The app has loads of models already loaded that I can use which is super cool too. Love it!

Came blocked with fillament. Doesn't print. Nossels are bespoke so don't allow for silicone socks. Taking appart (for declogging) is very awkward due to the enclosure style. I can't get it to work. Over run with 30 day returns. Must now see if warrenty allows for repairs.
