Schmerzfrei zu Hause: Meine Lösung bei Fersensporn
Ich habe einen Fersensporn und kann deshalb zu Hause nicht mehr barfuß laufen, weil ich nach kurzer Zeit Schmerzen bekomme. Abhilfe schaffen Einlagen oder Schuhe mit einer weichen Sohle. Crocs sind extrem weich, weshalb ich sie zu Hause und im Garten trage. In der Wohnung nutze ich die Variante mit Fell, weil sie im Winter zusätzlich warm hält.
