Fell apart
Watch fell apart the second time I wore it out at the links. I now have a nice chip in the glass to remember it by. Nice looking watch, but put together cheaply.

Diesel Darko; Really nice black/black watch
Sorry to do this but I need to stress that the photo on here does NOT do the watch justice. Perhaps I can add a better photo when I'm done. Overall, no matter how black the various details of this watch are, they each have a slightly different moment of sheen or shine. The layers of depth achieved with extreme black are superb.At a given moment (and if you keep a keen eye on the watch) your eyes are drawn to so many of it's features. The main dial has a large asterisk shaped recess for the sub-dials. Raise up one level to just outside the asterisk area and you get a textured dial at top and bottom (under close inspection, it resembles pyramid-laden grid pattern)... At times, when the light hits it just right, the main focus can actually be the 'DIESEL' logo itself or even '10 BAR' catches the light. Minimal use of grey at the hour markers and tips of hour and minute hands, which is ok because they double as luminous markers in the dark.You'll probably notice (even in pictures) that sometimes you cannot see the '10 BAR' at all because of how the light hits the dial. Sometimes you can't see the sub-dial's seemingly faint markings (at a glance and depending on lighting/angle) and other times you cannot see the word 'DIESEL'. Not really a big deal. Since you ultimately control them, variations in lighting and viewing angles apply more to other people trying to get glimpses of the watch. :DA few comments on the clasp and bracelet... I've had no accidental releases and I quite enjoy the appearance. Reliable and sturdy including both bracelet and clasp. Dual push-button release but not altogether hidden. And is says DIESEL.Briefly: Good quality, durable, chunky, heavy, large, dark.I've also seen it referred to as 'Overflow' and 'Blackout', the latter possibly just as a popular term for very black watches.Pros:- So many attributes to enjoy... or ones that will likely grow on you.- Got an amazing deal (elsewhere; around $100) and noticed some small flaws (unrelated to Amazon or Diesel) which entitled me to further discount.- Watch was nicer than expected and quickly became my every day watch, beating out another watch worth 5x more.Cons:- If you don't like large 'crowns' (the 'knob' part you pull out to adjust time and date) then you might not like this watch. The crown is larger than most mainstream watch brands usually offer and is not curvy to soften the blow.- As with most black watches, if you rub it on desks every day or bang it forcefully on hard surfaces, you will begin to scratch away some of the black coloring. (Solution: Be more careful.)Update: (mostly for very serious folks): After lightly banging the watch on various hard walls and door frames with no effect, I finally bumped it on a very large industrial air conditioner (the size of 20 adults) with a microscopically bumpy coating. The skimming bump action mixed with the vibration caused by the bumpy surface caused a slight crack in the 'glass' watch face. This has never happened to me before so it was a bit of a bummer. You cant feel the crack with your fingernail or anything... but it's there, making the watch less attractive.Took away one star because Diesel should really consider putting stronger crystal such as sapphire.
