Great addition to my keto diet! The worse side effects being on keto diet for me is bloating, gas, and constipation. This pills do not help I’ve been taking this pills and let me tell you they don’t break down they will float and expand to the point you need to throw it up and when you throw them up it will still be in pill form extra long and black at first I thought when I threw it up that it was somthin I ate but it continued and when you see these pills come up they will look like black worms I do not recommend these pills to anyone they will leave you bloated and sick to the point you just need to throw it up they have a high defect to them even if you eat something these pills won’t digest at all doesn’t matter how much water you drink it doesn’t break down

I always have issues going when on keto but this product really helps with my digestive issues and it makes me feel great at the same time. Very pleased.
