Perfect for traveling
I usually take 2-3 pills before bad and get 100% relief in the morning with zero cramps. It works like a stool softer, not like aggressive, all day bathroom trips laxatives. I take with me when I travel as the airplane/car, different foods or time zones can make things a little out of sync. It works in the morning (for me) and it is over.
