Gaiam Pedometer Plus Audio CD (Intermediate Level)

Love the product but lost it within one week. There was no way o secure the product to your clothing and one trip to the restroom while walking in the park I lost my pedometer and did not realized it.

Records steps that are NOT taken ....records steps with EVERY movement ....too sensitive. Records steps when you bend down to pick something up....and its noisy.

The clear button is on the outside side of the pedometer. Which makes it way too easy to bump and reset the counter. Not the best design layout.

I loved this Gaiam pedometer until it fell of my waistband of my pants and broke. The peodometer was great while it lasted. I didn't have any problem with the reset button. You just have to move it off of the steps counted and that locks in the numbers so they aren't changed. The waistband clip needs to be improved or a lanyard added so when it slips off the waistband it doesn't hit the ground.

If you're looking for an awesome workout that leaves you refreshed and invigorated, you've got to buy this CD! From this CD, I learned that I don't have to work harder and harder to see results. I simply have to work more efficiently, and Debbie Rocker makes this happen by guiding your heart rate up and down in various intensities...just when you think you can't handle the intensity, she takes you into a "recovery," where she gently and briefly brings your heart rate down so that you're ready for the next level of intensity. The result is an intense workout that leaves you feeling energized and proud of your accomplishment. I would highly recommend this CD to anyone who would like a guided walking workout. I simply can't say enough good things about it! Buy it today!

I actually ordered two of these, and neither one worked! Amazon return was great, and they credited my account right away.

I chose this pedometer for its attractive appearance and range of features.From the photo on the package, it seemed to be designed for someone of my age group, but my major complaint is that I cannot read the mode settings without a magnifying glass. In addition the instructions included with the packaging badly need reveiwing (for example, "The pedometer must be perpendicular to the ground. The pedometer nees to be at a 60 degree angel to the ground." Those instructions are mutually exclusive.) These details make me question the overall attention to detail in the functional design of the pedometer. Given this lack of attention to important details and other reviews, I am very suspicious of the accuracy of the reported results.
