Worked perfectly on my recumbent trike! Just the right length to connect my Blackburn bike rack to the seat stays on my TerraTrike. They have just enough give to allow them to be bent into position for proper attachment. The hardware included seemed to be decent quality. I did need to get some extra bolts/nuts for my install though due to my bike being "unique".

The original brackets that came with the basket were too short to allow the basket to fit behind the seat on my bike. These were the perfect fit and work just great. Now I can have my basket clipped on the back of my bike and still be able to sit on my bike seat.

Solid bracket with necessary screws for installation. Using these to install Ibera back rack bicycle touring for disc brakes and RinoWalk RK19662 panniers on a 2021 29" Trek Marlin 5. Rods that come with the back rack are round and fit into a round slot/bracket AND are 4" too short for level fitting. I read that placement of that round bracket would likely interfere with the standard 29" x 2.22 tire because of low clearance between the bottom of back rack with the provided bracket installed and top of tire. I didn't have to test that to see that it would, it's obvious; so this flat bracket is necessary. The back rack comes with 3.5" 'short leg" extensions which provides 1.25" clearance between top of tire and bottom of back rack. I found 5.5" 'long leg' extensions at bikePakMart for this back rack. This gives not only more clearance between the tire and back rack it also raises the bottom of the panniers an additional 2.0" from the ground. Don't want to dragging panniers thru the brush.

Heavier than many others. Worked well to level rear bicycle racks that had shorter mounts.

Sorely disappointed when I found the arms included in the bike rack were too short to properly fit my bike rack. I have an XS frame and after reading lots of reviewed found others who have xs or small bikes had the same prblm. This solved the prblm. I am annoyed I had to purchase this tho. Personally I think it's too expensive for 2 pieces of metal. The bike rack should've came with different length arms so I didn't have to purchase this separately. Brought the overall cost of bike rack way over what I wanted to spend. Easy to install and bend my hand. Came with way more screws and washers than I needed.

Ok, so this is a pretty simple item, right? But, often the simplest of things can be the worst quality. These two rails and supplied hardware were excellent quality and were a joy to install. And I’m sure they’ll last longer than the bike I put them on. So glad I went with the Topeka brand instead of the slightly cheaper no-name. Also, despite the description, these appear to be stainless steel.

I purchased these rods to put my Topeak rack on an e-bike. Most e-bikes are a little bigger than regular bikes so this definitely is just the ticket to mounting it up. Works exactly as described and would definitely recommend if you need mounting brackets.

I got the Topeak Super Tourist for Disc Brakes rear bike rack with the Topeak MTX basket. I'm on the tall side, and so the seat ends up being pretty far back...so far back that the basket (when installed on the rack) was bumping the seat. Even with the Tourist all the way back on the rails, the basket was too close to the seat. So, I order these longer rails. They work. I can move the Tourist back far enough that the basket is a safe 1-2" from the back of the seat. Unfortunately, the rack now slants downward toward the back of the bike. Not a lot...but it sure would be nice if I could increase the length of the rack's rear axle post so that the seat was (as recommended by Topeak) slanted slightly forward. Still...that's a problem with the rack, not with these extender bars. These bars will get your Topeak rear rack farther back. That's what they're for, and they work.

Bought as OHs bike has 29” wheels on a smaller frame (she’s a short ar*e) and mounting lugs were a way down the seat post so struts provided with the pannier were slightly too short. These solved that problem perfectly. Just the job!

Just what I needed, easy to install.

These are aluminium (Not magnetic) and not steel as someone suggested so will not rust. I had to flatten out the twist as I needed a straight bracket but they fitting my Topeak rack perfectly to stop it moving sideways with the luggage on.
