GREAT TASTE & GREAT WITH CEREAL, NOT FOR COOKING
I love this milk because it doesn't taste like water (like almond milk) and it doesn't have the flavor of a coconut (like coconut milk). I have not tried oat milk or rice milk, but this Ripple foams & froths, as well as the Ripple Half & Half, taste the closest to me like real milk! The Foams & Froths line is MUCH better than the "original" Ripple Milk that comes in the bigger gallon bottles... that particular type is way too thick and I don't enjoy the flavor.THIS PRODUCT IS:✔ Light but not too light✔ Has a great taste similar to real milk✔ Made from Pea Protein & Sunflower Oil✔ Did not give me gas like other milks (I tried Lactaid Milk and that too even gave me gas)✔Works well for my GERD (Heartburn) and does not exacerbate symptoms like traditional milk. The only time I will not recommend this milk is if you are cooking a dish that requires milk (pancakes, alfredo sauce, clam chowder, baked goods etc) the boiling point and chemical consistency are different than traditional cow's milk and the taste of the dish will not be the same. All in all I love the product and that this particular order comes in 6! That's perfect for me and my family. The price is also decent. To my dismay it is very hard to find in the stores that are in my city. The only store that had it was Sprouts and I was pissed off to have bought 3 from their shelf that were all spoiled! But ordering online from this company I haven't been disappointed. This was my 2nd order with them and I will continue to order with them so long as the price is stable.***No one is paying me for this review, I'm just naturally talkative lol.

Excellent milk substitute for espresso drinks
I’m a fan of many of the Ripple products. Ripple is one of the few protein sources I can find that doesn’t use artificial sweeteners or stevia. Their protein shake products aren’t for everyone... for some it’s an acquired taste. For this product I was looking for a milk replacement for making cappuccino and lattes at home. The “milk” blends well with the espresso to give it a nice smooth nutty flavor. The “milk” gained a lot of volume in the frother and had plenty of foam. I’ve only tested it “warm” or room temperature, it’s now in the fridge cooling down, but I don’t expect to see a large difference in the outcome when I make my next cappuccino. Consistency is on par with whole milk. My wife tried a sip of my cappuccino and for a person that does not like unsweetened coffee products (she won’t drink coffee without copious amounts of half and half and sugar), she loved it. I didn’t think she was going to hand it back. For the record, my wife is not a fan of other Ripple products because she doesn’t like the taste. I haven’t tried this product straight out of the container so I can’t comment on that, but there is a very mild sweetness, similar to what you experience with whole milk and espresso. Definitely a great replacement for milk. Great job Ripple.

Best non-dairy milk for lattes, coffee and tea.
First of all, this stuff froths almost like meringue in my electric milk frother. It makes a nice latte. You can pour in the warm Ripple, and spoon over a nice froth on top. The taste is really nice (no nutty flavor) and the texture is smoooooooth. There isn't any grittiness. It's a dream come true. I've always felt like I was settling, using my almond coconut milk or creamer for coffee, lattes and tea. I've tried many non-dairy milks and that blend was the best combination of flavor and texture I had found. Now, I just feel like I'm getting exactly what I want, without the dairy.

Contains Less carbs than whole milk. More carbs than cream if your on Keto. Less carbs more protien than Oat Milks. Adds milky flavor and opacity to coffee and tea. I use about same amount of this as I would use milk in my coffee. Many other coffee creamer type liquids (MCT and nut milks) do not add much flavor or are off-putting and water down coffee. Store unopened Ripple cartons on shelf. I buy a case of Ripple at a time on Amazon refrigerate once opened. Got me off dairy by mixing with whole milk (my preference) with Ripple Barista. I do not taste pea protien but benefit from this plant protien. This is wise choice if your looking to change from milk/cream in latte or add to coffee. It will froth if you do it apart from coffee then add. Yippee!

Tastes as close to milk as you can get
I discovered Ripple just a few months ago and was blown away by the taste. I went dairy free last year because of gut issues, but I've really missed my morning lattes and I hadn't found a good dairy-free substitute. I couldn't believe how good Ripple tasted with the espresso! And the way it foams is better than any other non-dairy milk too. I've made lattes for all my friends too and they are similarly impressed. A couple said they wouldn't have even noticed it wasn't real milk. The only quibble I have is with the packaging. About half the cartons I've bought (upwards of at least 40) have pull tabs that break when trying to open them. Then I have to take a knife and manually cut the foil barrier off, leaving a jaggedy hole for the Ripple to pour through. This is an unacceptable percentage of misfires. I've worked as a barista for years and I can't imagine actually using Ripple in a commercial environment with the stress of this happening on my shift multiple times, having to take a knife to open a new carton when you a have a line 20 people deep. Ripple needs to find better quality packaging for this milk asap, or change the name to "Home Barista" Ripple milk.
