REALISTIC!
It is prototype to a 'T' and is very much at home on my 'in work' DCC layout. It looks as weathered as the real thing.

Not Flexable
Well made, but the 'weathering' they use completely locks up the flex of the track, making it extremely difficult to work with. This might be better for well experienced modeler,
