It didn't work too well for me but the customer service is amazing as soon as they found out it wasn't working they contacted me to try and help!

Yup
It does keep you focused and suppresses hunger a bit. I took three instead of two and it worked for me, I’d also recommend those keto drink powders as they help out too.

Not really sure that they are adding any real benefit or value to my keto lifestyle. Smell & flavor are fine. Make sure you drink a full8 oz. or more after taking them.
