TWISTED ENVY 15oz sublimation mug blank Case Of 24

Out if 24 mugs 17 were shattered. In order to return I have to pay shipping out of my pocket. Totally unacceptable.

After reading some reviews I went ahead and purchased from this seller. When the box arrived it was intact and no broken cups. Each cup was wrapped in plastic and in individual boxes. I was shocked because I was under the impression only the 11 oz mugs were boxed individually. I will definitely return to purchase again.

These are from my second order of mugs and they sublimate beautifully! I used my mug press (I pre-pressed for 20 sec prior to pressing the design). The mug in the picture is pretty new, but the sublimated mugs from my previous purchase have all held up wonderfully (hand washed and machine washed)since I first pressed them 2 years ago. I highly recommend these sublimation mugs :)

Great mugs for sublimation. Pictures come out crisp and clean.4 of the 24 were broke upon delivery. Sent an email to company....waiting to hear a response.

The mugs were delivered quickly and were wellPacked with none broken. Great for gifts as they have individual boxes for each cup. Very satisfied with my purchase.

Arrived quicker than expected and all were in great condition. None were broken and all of them were in individual boxes which have made it much easier to send out/wrap as gifts. Perfect size too. Definitely recommend!

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  When sublimating, the bottom of the cups would not take the ink. Always came out cloudy!

These sublimate very nicely. The box had 2 out of 24 broken which was a bummer.
