The process and delivery were very easy and great that I was able to schedule a delivery time as well. Showed up well within the slotted timeframe.As for the product itself, it does exactly what I wanted by sealing almost 100% of weather and dust out, and the track system worked perfectly with the rhino rack crossbar system to mount multiple things over my bed and still have access to my truck bed. Quality appears superb and has held up on a couple of trips through very rough terrain without issue. Great option if you are looking for a lockable tonneau cover with a great option for a rack system!

This is my first tonneau cover as previously all I have ever used were camper shells. For me the biggest draw back to campers has always been how they limit what you can haul (without having to remove the shell) and the way they obstruct your view while driving. Additionally about the same time I was considering this purchase my son was mowing his grass when the mower sent a rock through the side window of his Leer shell costing him $400 for the repair!!!I spent quite a bit of time researching this purchase reading reviews and comparing various types (soft, hinged, fold up, roll up and retractable) as well as talking to people who had them installed on their trucks. I needed a cover that provided a reasonable amount of security for what I may be hauling, protection from the elements, ease of use and ready access to the 5th wheel.While none of the choices completely satisfied all my requirements the Retrax came the closest and the owners I spoke with as well as the reviews were overwhelmingly convincing. I received the cover in 5 business days shipping from Indiana to my place on the southern Oregon Coast. It was well packaged there was no damage in shipping and all installation parts were accounted for.The installation instructions were well written and the install was amazingly simple. I completed the install in about 45 minutes entirely alone except for a neighbor helping to place the unit in my truck, (I had watched the installation on the Retrax site prior to receipt of the order). The cover required no post installation adjustments at all it functions perfectly and look fantastic on my truck!!One of my chief concerns was the Retrax performance in protecting cargo from the elements as here on the Oregon coast we have an average annual rainfall of 80 inches mostly in the winter... I am very pleased to say that shortly after the install there was a storm and we received a little over 2" in about 24 hours. While the Retrax was not completely rain tight I noted less than 2 ounces of rain had leaked into the corners of the bed by the tailgate which for me is no big deal and the cargo was untouched, (most of the time cargo is placed on a small pallet).

I got caught in a rain on my first trip and all stayed dry. It opens and closes easily, if installed properly. I am77 years old and installed it myself. I could install another one in a day ;but, I spent two days with mine. The first day was spent lining out parts and figuring out where everything went . The only con would be that it gets very hot when parked in the sun . It is metal and black.

Fits my 5' 2016 Colorado truck bed perfectly. After watching a video on installation, was a breeze to install. You will need 2 people to lift it into the bed. It took just a few minutes of small adjustments to get it in the correct position and then very easy to secure down w/ the 4 clamps. Product came in 2 boxes and was delivered faster than estimated. So Far, very please w/ this cover. (I would have given it 5 stars if it came w/ a Retrax Sticker for my window)

This is a great roll top for my pickup bed. It is practically water proof except when going through a car wash. Made 700 mile trip to L.A. and back in pouring down rain and high wind and very little moisture made it inside the truck bed. Highly recommend this roll top to anyone needing a cover for the bed of their pickups; plus, it simply looks really sharp also. There was a little snafu with the original order but this seller responded with a high level of customer service and I would not hesitate purchasing any product from them in the future.
