Perfect gift for a 5-year-old
Among the many gifts my grandson received, Slinky was a stand-out. Along with Buzz Lightyear, Slinky was an assistant when the boy was putting a Lego car together. I asked him if Slinky was a big help and his enthusiastic answer was "Yes!" So, if you have an upcoming birthday for a four or five year old, Slinky would make the child's day.

Broke not too long after purchase.
The "slinky" part is not well made. Broke not too long after the kids started playing with it. Poor construction. Don't think they tested that one well.
