Company washes their hands of any responsibility for product and accessories.
After several camera considerations I decided to get the C3 and the C1 from Innovv. I went with them over the Mobius due to auto up (Upside down) detection and slicker/nicer look. The C1 for front view and c3 for rear view because I was about to go cross country traveling, and thought this would be great to have. The product itself is excellent, the packaging and items supplied seemed nice. The problem is they both did not work properly! Both had charging issues and both then gave me recording issues. The wires that came with are flimsy and best, and the help and support is non existent. I tried to contact Innovv (http://www.innovv.com/), after two days they sent a reply requested what SD card I use, I used (Patriot Class 10 32GB) they informed me to get a better Sd card. I did, I got both a samsung and a SanDisk 4k 32GB Class 10 sd card, from Best Buy for about $90.00 reset the cameras, went to the site got the latest firmware (Just in case) formated the sd cards in the C1 and C3 (Hold down Power and Record for several seconds till you get a green flashing light) and finally got the C3 to work partially, the C1 stayed dead, or nonfunctional, thought it might be the the power wires provided were not charging due to there not being and Amber/yellow light (the charging indicator light). Had to run to Radio Shack because now I was on the trip and wanted these to work ASAP, Best Buy did not carry the wires because I found out that hey are special "8-pin Ultra mini USB cable wires" THAT ARE RARELY USED, another $50.00 for those. Started to get the Amber/yellow light, in between the red flashing (Recording light) charged for a day, then the next day they worked for a minute and Stopped went solid red (Not recording), pressed button to record again, recorded for two minutes, stopped, repeat, stopped ON BOTH CAMERAS!! Switched sd cards several times, reformatted each time, and reset C1 and C3, got NOTHING!!!After contacting innovv again about the problem they simply replied by telling me its the sd cards again, after I explained to them that I now had 3 types of the best cards on the market, and that not one worked. Also if I could please have a replacement or new wired, anything, they replied its user error, the cameras are fine get better sd cards, then ignored all my follow up pleas and e-mails and pretty much tough luck buddy attitude. Completely washed their hands of me!Now the kicker to the story and why I am so upset over this, other than a company not backing up a product, is that I actually got hit, no joke I actually had a person smash into me while stopped at a red light in Chicago!!! Thank god I was the second car hit by a drunk/hi driver so I had a witness, and did manage to record on my phone as the person FLED the scene (HIT and RUN). That is exactly why I got these cameras in the first place, and I got NOTHING, not one jpeg, or pixxel from the Innovc C1 or C3 the one in the back!!! Unbelievable, I mean what are the chances considering that I never get in accidents and mostly got the cameras for "Just in case" situations like this! Anyway bottom line is stay away, far away!

brings back the snake style in a smaller package
This camera shoots pretty good video and records pretty good audio under the right conditions. The audio is better when used with the external mic input and the included lavaliere mic. Nice feature. The 1st camera had a playback flicker issue. The replacement does not. You can buy with confidence as Amazon always has your back and there were no problems with this seller. They sent my replacement with no complications. Thanks Isiah L at Amazon. One problem that I have discovered with my C3 was the loop recording mode. If you have it in loop recording mode or try to use it after downloading from the GUI with new settings it will not work. Put it back in normal recording when using the GUI. Then it works the way its suppose too. Something about the switch or firmware that bugs out when you have it in loop recording mode when downloading from the Innovv GUI.The video is sharp and clear and so is the audio. I was surprised at how sharp the video is at night. But it tends to bounce around with a bluish tint like it can't make up it's mind from a cool or warm tone. It's small and discreet. Makes for a good dash cam or motovlog cam or anything really. You can even wear it as the unit has a belt clip and the lens has a head mount. After weeks of testing this camera I figured out the bug. Works great as long as you don't have it in loop recording mode when using the GUI. Your welcome Innovv. Bottom Line this is a ok camera although at $129 I would have liked both lenses included otherwise just buy a GoPro Hero for the same price and get higher quality. This camera if priced any higher is NOT worth buying. You get the 90deg lens in this package NOT the 120deg lens. That lens is bigger and costs $10 more. Go to the Innovv website for more information.UPDATE: I have owned this camera for awhile now and am dropping it a star. It is not reliable. I have lost a lot of footage. I go back to pull up the files and my computer says unable to open file format not recognized. This has happened too many times and it is frustrating loosing footage that I thought I recorded. Same problem with the C1. I could have bought a GoPro Hero for the price of this. Really disappointed now.

Neat go anywhere camera.
The Innovv C3 is a really neat go anywhere camera. It offers really cool DIY flexibility. With a little bit of creativity you can mount the lens part just about anywhere. You can use it as a DashCam. You can wear it with the head mount. You can attach it to a paintball gun.It has a built in mic as well as an external mic that you can place away from the body of the camera. This makes it a great autocross camera as you can put the lens part in the bumper and put the mic in a helmet. You can also swap lenses for different fields of view very easily. The recording part of the camera is very small as well and can fit in a pocket or mounted stealthy in a car. It makes a great motorcycle DashCam as well. While this is a really great camera with some limitless possibilities there are a few minor draw backs. The version SpyTec is selling only comes with the shorter cable length narrow 90 degree lens. There does not seem to be an option to choose the wider one or the longer cable version. The lens uses a Mini HDMI connection. While it is a good solid connection you have to really hunt for an extension cable to be able to route the lens on a bike or car bumper. The power cable is a non standard 8 pin USB.Because the camera has no screen you must create a config file via a windows gui or by hand with the setting you want and up load it to the camera. Not a big deal, but something to consider if you are new to cameras.I would personally recommend it. Techmoan had done a great review of it on YouTube, and you can talk directly with one of the people behind the C3 RockThinking and find out more about the camera on DashCamTalk
